Empowering your journey to Health & Wellness

Meet Dr. Delilah Simon

Dr. Delilah Simon completed her residency at UC Irvine’s Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute and earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, following a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola Marymount University. Her expertise spans gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary concerns, reproductive health, endocrinology, and cardiometabolic health, with ongoing training in pediatrics, fertility, and somatic therapy.
Passionate about the gut-brain connection, Dr. Simon explores how emotions and trauma influence health through the bidirectional communication between the digestive system and the brain. She focuses on identifying the root cause of symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, changes in bowel habits, hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities and their links to microbiome disruptions, impaired detoxification, nutrient deficiencies, mood disorders, skin conditions, IBS, IBD, and more. Additionally, she specializes in hormone optimization, cognitive function, and performance in both men and women.
Certified in IV nutrient therapy, Dr. Simon has collaborated with integrative oncology leaders such as Dr. Joseph Pizzorno and Dr. Neil McKinney, exploring evidence-based natural cancer therapies. Her publications include but are not limited to research in mindfulness, biofeedback, and HRV therapy for stress, anxiety, and social media addiction, reflecting her commitment to fostering physical and emotional resilience.
By integrating advanced diagnostics, functional testing, with traditional therapies such as botanical medicine, orthomolecular medicine, IV nutrient therapy, homeopathy, diet and lifestyle interventions, Dr. Simon addresses the root cause and empowers patients to wholistically transform their health and wellbeing.
